For the purpose of our Policy, personally identifiable information includes your name, address, email address, phone number, fax number, credit card information, and Aging Wisely account number. Aging Wisely employees do not have access to this information unless you decide to share it with them.

With the access control system, you can give access to your personal data to anyone for any period of time. It is your responsibility to give it to only those people you trust.

Aging Wisely employees do not have access to personally identifiable information unless you provide your explicit permission.
