Customers and users indemnify Aging Wisely and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents against any costs, expenses, losses, damages and liability suffered or incurred arising from customers and users breach of these terms and conditions and any negligent or unlawful act or omission of customers and users in connection with their use of this service.

Aging Wisely is not liable for any loss, damages or liabilities arising from the failure of any telecommunications infrastructure, the world wide web, or the internet.

You are responsible for protecting your password, the passwords of those to whom you provide access, and to the emergency access password you choose. You agree to indemnify Aging Wisely for any unauthorized use of your account.

To the extent permitted by law and except as expressly provided to the contrary in this Agreement, all warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to the subject matter of this Agreement or to this Agreement generally, are excluded.

The sole jurisdiction to enforce any of the provisions of this agreement shall be in the appropriate State court of the State of Florida and the venue of all legal proceedings shall be in West Palm Beach county, Florida.

Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of your subscription period unless you cancel your subscription prior to this date.
